A couple hundredths of a second and suddenly every bozo on the board thinks he's gonna blow away one of the most ridiculously fast records out there.
Come back to reality, please.

Keep dreaming. Long live MJ.
Did you know pot emphasises the negative in ones mind?
I just saw the pics. He looks huge compared to last season. I said it's suspicious as hell.
Why mention MJ's 200m world record?
Should be saying "bye-bye" to Asafa Powell...

If a 1:42x 800m runner runs a 44.5 second 400m, would you say good bye wariner or goodbye 800m world record?
Besides, Bolt looked like a 200m man in that video-decent start then little to no slowdown at the end. Wallace Spearmon looked the same-both were slowing down less in the final 30-40 meters then the 5 other sprinters.
forget 200m, he's now a 100 guy
as for jw analogy - it woud be goodbye - iaaf tables rate that a 43.11
Why does the announcer (in the video) say, "Nine point nine seven!" To what is he referring?
Also, that was a damned fast gun...
Yeah. Just like Ryan Hall's huge PR in the marathon this year is not a red flag or anything.
once again, anybody know how tall bolt is? he looks enormous compared to the other guys...
He's tall.
Guess the rum punch or sorrow is good this season.
The island and its runners smack of HSI in the 90's.
It's just a matter of time ....
Hilarious aside: Trevor Graham, Jr. ran a questionable 10.00. See IAAF Top List.
Boxing, MMA, track, Bodybuilding, Pro Football, Cycling, cut of the same cloth and draw same types of characters.
It looks like this guy was just starting to accelerate at about 60m and still had it going into the finish. Like to see what he can do in the 200. Have not seen a beautiful run like than since Ben in Seoul. WOW. '08 OG will be a hot ticket with performers like this showing up!

Bolt = 6'5"
have to believe that given bolt's size and speed, he would never see the track if he were american and instead be a football star. nice to get to see him run to his potential, as we are so often denied of seeing that in the states.
He looks like he doubled in size, he must be lifting a lot.
steroids.
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
Running for Bowerman Track Club used to be cool now its embarrassing
Hats off to my dad. He just ran a 1:42 Half Marathon and turns 75 in 2 months!
