post your morning routine for comparison and discussion. mine:
700am- alarm goes off
715am- actually get out of bed
piss, mouthwash, wash face
get dressed
drink some water
stumble or hobble around house for at least 15 minutes-- my feet are always extremely stiff and painful in the morning-- before I can run.
735-740: get outside and run 30-45 minutes.
815-855am: shower, dress for work, eat breakfast.
855-900am: 5 minute commute to work.
*please note the absence of the morning deuce. I never dump in the morning, it's like my intestines are non-functioning. Anyone else a late-day crapper?
