I did not race this month so no pr's for me this month.

182 miles for April (PR). One 5K 18:15, not even close to a PR. Probably because of the mileage increase.
304 miles, which included a 29 mile week (injury) and a 56 (HM recovery). HM PR of ~ 48s.
445 miles. No PRs; best result was a 15:11 5k. Following a Lydiard plan: train first, race later. April was for training, May is for racing.
Only 168 miles in April. Lowest in over 6 months because I had to take some time off due to overtraining. No races either.
158 miles on 13 runs with 2 weeks off with a pulled calf muscle. Included 4 runs of >20 miles. No PRs but did have a good tempo run yesterday to close out the month of 8.25 miles in 51:50. Long run tomorrow of 23 miles planned. Running Ottawa in 3.5 weeks goal is sub 3.
I spent April coming back from achilles injury that had me off the roads and only crosstraining during March. In April I got in 11 days for 75 miles total, along with a half dozen elliptical workouts. Should at least double the miles next month if the foot holds up.
300 miles on 40 runs...average of 7.5 miles/run and 70 miles a week.
raced twice, two PRs.
322 miles on 33 runs (about 10 mile average). Included a mini-taper and recovery from a marathon PR of 2:36:13.
300 Miles on 40 runs... no personal bests attempted, although ran a 4'27" road mile and had a couple of solid workouts and runs, just starting to get strong for May-June
125 miles, 33 runs. 3.78 miles/run. I've been running less than a year. Ran a 21:08 5K while building my miles to over 30 mpw for the first time w/ no speed work really.
125 miles, 1500m pr of 4:26.5
265 miles, no PR's except for 1,680 sit ups (old PR 1,440).
Ran every day about 60+ mpw and ran a 5k pr 18:16, age 49
120 Miles. No PR's. Only ran a 5K.
April was a good month
266 avg pace 5:53
8 days with 13 miles or more
1 20 mile long run at about marathon effort (1:55)
8 tempos about 5:08-5:20 pace
3 hill workouts
3 speed workouts
about 15-20 miles barefoot (finally the NorthEast warmed up!)
I'll be just above 250 miles for the month, I didn't run yet today.
Ran a 15:53 5K on a track (with some energy to spare, didn't pace myself right, and then ran a 14:51 downhill 5K. I don't think the downhill (about 350ft) was worth 1:01.. maybe :40 at most.
267 miles with two days fully off for a calf strain. No races so no PR's. Just building up a solid base before I start training for the Chicago Marathon this summer.
How and where do you integrate your barefoot running?
I would like to add this to training eventually but have no idea on how to implement.
Thanks!
