I'M HAVING A GREAT DEAL OF TROUBLE WITH MY PACING. I HAD KNEE SURGERY A FEW YEARS AGO AND HAVEN'T RUN MUCH SINCE, I'M GETTING BACK INTO IT, BUT IT SEEMS EVERYTIME I GO OUT I REVERT BACK TO MY OLD TRAINING PACE (7 MIN MILES) AND I'M DEAD WITHIN 2 MILES. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
