better get out there and do a few runs or else you are going to feel flat and tight on race morning.
I suggest you start drinking heavily.
It won't affect your performance. You'll be well rested. I did not run 9 out of the 12 days before Boston (8 of them were in a row) due to injury. It did not affect my performance, as I was training consistently beforehand (as I'm guessing you have been).
I'm in an even worse position. I've been doing serious yard work for 4 days straight and I have a race TOMORROW. Haven't been running. I ran 4 miles today to loosen up though. Gonna be a rough one tomorrow!
I ran a half marathon a couple weeks ago and couldn't run the week before because of a sore knee. Ran 12 miles on the Monday, and a 1 mile test jog Thursday (still sore). Race morning (Sunday) the legs felt great, and I ran a 48s PB.
Try to get a short run in the day before or morning of the race and do a good long warmup to make sure you feel loose, but otherwise, you'll likely just feel rested and ready. Worked for me, anyway.
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
