Anyone ever heard that phrase before? What's it mean?
Anyone ever heard that phrase before? What's it mean?
a person with a highly developed aerobic system
i dont know about you guys, but think the case is closed on this mystery. nice work fagtastic.
Everybody OBVIOUSLY knows that this is incorrect.
The phrase "aerobic monster" refers to an actual monster that eats away at your aerobic ability.
Similar to the "monkey/bear jumping on somebody's back" at the end of a race, aerobic monster would be used in a phrase such as "man...did you see the guy at the end of the 10k? The aerobic monster really got to him this time."
So remember guys...make sure you train so you can keep the aerobic monsters away.
Thanks. I was talking to someone about training once and they mentioned this. I couldn't tell if it was a negative or not from the context of the conversation.
