I'm a 16/32 guy on my team and also run the 4x400. Its late in the season and I just cut down my 400 PR down by 2 sec and our team cut off 8 sec in our qualifier for the regional final and we now have a chance to go to state. I currently have a pair of Nike Miler XC's that I run all my events in and i was wondering if I should get a pair of sprint spikes and if the benefits are worth it...
