Ok I've been injured for awhile so I haven't really been able to do any races recently. I wanted to know what you think I could do in a race (5k specifically)after my most recent workout which consisted of 3 X 1 mile repeats with a 3 min rest.
3 X 1 Mile (with a 3 min rest in between): 5:00, 5:00, 5:00 and each had a 3 min rest in between. What do you think I could possibly run for a 5k?
