This guy is a freshman and has already run 3:47 and 14:07 for freakin Harvard of all places. Does anyone know anything about him? I never heard of him, but Craig Lake must be doing a solid job to get that kind of run out of a frosh.

Last time I heard, Craig Lake was at Brown. You did correctly identify Chenoweth's school as Harvard.
He went to HS in Geneseo, in Western IL. Started high school in Cedar Falls Iowa (his brother Brian runs for Wartburg), their dad's a minister who was transferred to Geneseo right after Dan's soph XC season. Ran right around 9-flat; may have broken 9 in the 3200. Was a FL finalist last fall. Overshadowed in Illinois by the spotlight on Evan Jager, but a solid runner who always seemed to be in the mix. Had a nice debut in cross, almost qualified for indoor nationals in the 3000, and we've seen he's done this spring.
didn't Columbia have a freshman go 1:49 this weekend? solid freshman in the ivy this year
