I have trouble with my headphones either coming out, or being tugged at by their cables..etc Does anyone have a pair they can recommend? The in-ear ones that block external noise are my favorite kind, but all 'genres' would be welcome.

the bose in ear are great sounding and you can get them reasonably priced on ebay these days. get the yellow foam ear sleeves (also from ebay), they fit the best and keep the sweat out. to stop the tugging get a little clip and clip the cable to the neck of your shirt. if you run shirtless you need to loop them over the ear.
Try Shure. The Bose headphones aren't that good. Bose spends boatloads on marketing, but their products are just ok. Do some internet searching and check out reviews of headphones. Shure gets the best reviews.
he's right. i meant shure, just brainfarted and typed bose (was thinking of the brand of headphones i use for flying).
shure in ear, with yellow foam sleeves
those headphones look like they have good sound, which would be great in the gym on the stairmaster, but are thay safe for running outside? my awareness is definitely decreases when i wear headphones anyway, not sure i'd like to totally block out outside noise (i.e. cars, bikes, etc)
