like the other recent poster, went down to duke this past weekend for 10k but it was cancelled. haven't raced since indoors, 15.30 5k.
today I did this workout, alone into a significant headwind :
mile @ 5k effort
3 miles around 10k effort or slightly slower
1 mile hard
3 min jog rest between each.

hard but controlled.
any thoughts / predictions for current 10k fitness?
80-90 mpw
