When running twice a day, how long should my period of rest be between runs? For example, today I ran 8 miles at 10:30. I wanna get another 6 miles in later, how long should I wait?
Thanks for the help.

6 hours seems to be about right for me. Try the search function - there's been tons of discussion about this in the past.
Run when you can. 6 hrs is pretty typical. Many of us have before work, lunch time, or after work. If I could get my arse out of bed consistently before and after that would be ideal. In the end you have to do what you have to do to get the doubles in - sometimes six hours sometimes twelve is my vote.
