what is the problem with that? are you some kind of skinhead? the jumps guy is one of the best jumps coaches in the nation and the Irish coach is a GA, same as the throws assistant. Maynard gets the best for his program, because he is the best...get a life:)

Because their distance coach is a graduate assistant is why they are looking for a full time coach in that spot. In the mean time, the graduate assistant is in charge of the distance runners.
