You seriously can't figure that out? I know he/she poorly worded the statement, but come on.

According to Amazon.com the Garmin 405 will not be relased until June (I'm waiting myself).
Online coaching - its expensive and I wouldn't trust a coach that I've never met in person. If you take the time to read Daniel's Running Formula, or research some training threads on this board, or other internet sites, you can save yourself a lot of money.
does that watch have a built in HR monitor or is it another belt like the 305?
i have the 305 and i love it, just that belt gets annoying sometimes.
the 405 also has a heart rate chest strap (if that is what you mean by belt)
without the HR strap it is $299; with the strap $349
you have to wear the belt - it annoys me too.

Easy- don't pay $300 of your credit card bill. It's the American Way!

Yeah I just saved a bunch of money by switching to geico!
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
