Not that I disagree with what you're saying, but including drug busts (marijuana, cocaine) in with PEDs is just plain dumb. You should revise your list to reflect this obvious oversight.

Are there others?
You missed some of the most notorious:
M'Balz Es-Hari
Grabbir Boubi
Haid D'Salaami
Hous Bin Pharteen
I-Bin Pharteen
I-Zheet M'Drurz
Shaif Hirboush
Al-Suq Akweer
Mustaf Herod Apyur Poupr
Awan Afuqya
Yul Strokheet Al-Wauch
Apul Madeek-Aoud
Yuliqa M'Diq
Uwana M'Diq
Usuqa M'Diq
You're a f***ing moron who will believe the completely illogical just to feel better about yourself. Why would the IAAF spare a Kenyan, when Kenya has nothing to invest in the sport and African dominance is said to be killing western interest, and yet let Gatlin get busted, possibly the biggest bust since Ben Johnson?
IAAF has all lists of all penalized athletes going back to 2003 online:

Only a moron would think it's only about money.

You're kidding me? April Fools, right? Everything is about money. The IAAF has no interest in losing money. Why are worlds going to be in Daegu in 2011? Because they lavished all the IAAF folks and the athletes with first class treatment on all their visits. Why will they be in Moscow in 2013? Because the LOC hired Diack's son as their adviser.
I suggest you read the chemist's report on Lagat's test instead of putting forth your cryptic conspiracy theories.
I run for the money. After I deduct the shoe costs, racing fees, and band-aids, add in the gift certificate I won once...
well I might be a little in the negatives, but a sponser is gonna pick me up anytime now.
One thing that sticks out is that for the most part the US men distance runners seem a lot cleaner than US sprinters, hurdlers, jumpers, and throwers. On the women's side, Regina Jacobs, Mary Decker, and Deeja Youngquist drag the US distance runner women down.
How many Racewalkers have made the list?

I'm laughing my ass off here. Not sure that many people have actually read through the list. Reading it aloud helps! Anyway, thanks for the chuckle.
"Apul Madeek-Aoud"
my new fake race name
Amazing.
The only one I don't get is I-Zheet M'Drurz.
