depending on how you understand the question, Vanderbilt should. Now they obviously got killed by Title IX (they dont have a men's track team, due to women's bowling). So the way Title IX gets implemented sucks and apart from that you would think a fair number of people would want to come to a good academic school like Vandy to run.
