Theoretical situation: You do your hard workout in the morning and then in the afternoon you decide your legs feel a little sore so you go on a two mile shakeout at a real slow pace. My question is that should you log these miles in your training log? I always have but lately ive been thinking that maybe these "shit" miles(as my team like to call them) should be logged. What do you runners think. Prefrable info from people who have done some serious training. Thanks
