Hey guys, I just got over an injury that forced me to take a few weeks completely off of running, so I am building back up right now (25 miles last week, maybe 32-35 this week). I was averaging about 60 before the injury.
I am thinking of starting workouts in 3 or 4 weeks for a half-marathon that I will be running the 2nd weekend of May. I was thinking maybe one tempo run of some sort, and then maybe a track session once a week.
Does anyone have any favorite half-marathon workouts or any advice for my coming weeks? I ran the half last year just under 76 minutes, am hoping to be under 75 this year. I am 21 years old, in case that helps with anything.
