Stand with you feet parallel and shoulder width apart. Do a squat until your thighs are parallel to the ground. Watch one foot as you do this and see if it rotates inward. Do it again and watch the other foot. If you have any pronation this will show it. A physical therapist had me do this to check for pronotation.
Run on a treadmill and have someone video your lower legs from the back. They'll have to get at the same height as your feet.
You should be able to advance the video frame by frame to see your pronation.
If you're really interested, find a university that does gait analysis. They'll mark you up like you're in a video game and figure out exactly what your body does during running.
