sounds do-able, i did a similar workout a few weeks ago and am hoping to break 4:30 too, just keep working on your speed. good luck with it
i ran 427, 10x300, 130 hr drop between intervals, but i was running mine in 40-41 seconds.
I did that same workout with some very similar splits. I don't see how you wouldn't crush 4:30. Oh...never mind those are 300's. I was doing those splits for 400!

You underperformed horribly. 4:27 is absolutely pathetic off that workout.
I actually ran 12x300m (1min) then 3min rest and went 14x300m (1min)
I ran 51-52 for most of them but I ran 49 on number 19 45 on number 24 and 47 on number 26 and I have a 1600m pr of 4:42
you suck

how long did that heartrate drop take 430, like 10 minutes?. you should be able to break 4:10 if you could do that workout with similiar rest.
I ran 10x400 in an average of 65-66 with 75s rest, going down to 61 comfortably, last spring. I blew up in the next race, and never got to run the mile again. What could I have run?

less than 2 minutes
I have no idea. I never ran 300's. Is that common?
