after a crap CC season i decided to take my senior year (hs) track training seriously over the winter so i've really bumped up my mileage and i'm just curious what kind of benefits i can expect to reap. i've never done over 40mpw before, but i'm comfortably above 55 right now and shooting for at least 65, hopefully 70. i'm running 6 days a week and most of my mileage is done probably around a 6:30 pace. my previous PRs in the 8, 16 and 32 are 2:08, 4:38, and 10:27. my mile is probably a lot stronger just because i raced it a lot more, but there's really no good excuse for my 8oo time. Anyways, i was looking at focusing more on my 3200 this year and i was just wondering what kind of times i could expect.
