What are your guys averages for running, bpm? I recently just got one to help me out. My morning resting heart rate is 56-61bpm give or take. I used this info...but I started running at a semi quick pace for about 9 or 10 minutes and found that my heart rate reached 199bpm, how bad is this? This was just a run, not a workout, interval etc..but just a run that was a little quick..My question is is this normal? Especially since I slowed down to get into 175bpm, and that was way slow. What do you guys average, or what should I average for routine runs? Also I just started running again, so I do expect myself to be a bit outta shape but isnt 199bpm too much? I am 18yrs old, and recently ran a fun 5k in 18 27, with no running since late October end of xc season
