They are afraid of little pieces of metal
A) Everything you posted was simply made up. You have no idea what you're talking about, but that doesn't stop you from talking about it. In case you're unclear on the subject, that isn't a good thing. That's an ignorant thing.
B) Southern California runners regularly come to the Northeast and Midwest during all times of the year to compete. And do very well, thank you. Some even think Deanna Kastor and Ryan Hall can keep up with your really really really superior Northeast and Midwest runners. But honestly, if you think standing in a cold rain shower somehow makes you a more talented runner, then be my guest - go give your head a good soaking.
C) "Tiny little pieces of metal"? I assume you mean spikes. And I assume that no one - not even you - is ignorant enough to suggest that Southern California hasn't produced its fair share of national and world class runners who use "tiny little pieces of metal."
So really, keep being a dumbass. But here's something you should know: just because you don't know a damn thing about another geographical area and its inhabitants doesn't mean you're superior to them. In fact, your assertion that you are makes the opposite far more likely.
