Hope it's helpful.
ran the course this afternoon. still lots of snow on it (only a few inches deep though) but it is getting sloshy.
currently it is raining/snowing outside so it looks like it will be a mudder for sure.
i would imagine the course will be beat by the time the open men run.
can't wait!!!!!
Too bad the races are not at Van Cortlandt. Although it snowed a little today, the course is fairly dry and fast.
can anyone post any results they have asap? especially in the mens race that starts soon? thanks!
heard Zap were 1-2, both with beards, although not sure who (maybe Pierce and Warrenburg)
I'd keep checking http://www.usatf.org/events/2007/USATFClubXCChampionships/schedule.asp as the USATF is getting the race results up quickly so far. Kudos to them for it too.
I keep checking usatf. Its taking a long time. Thanks for the updates so far!

The mens race started 45 minutes after the women. The women's results were posted over an hour ago.
Driscoll jogged to victory.

Hopefully everyone competes in the same mud. That should even the playing field and keep the bitching to a minimum. Oh wait, anytime someone loses it is NEVER their fault.
That is awesome News. Maybe now he will stay with Zap. Any word on the team title.
Duck-footed heel striker-shufflers take over when the going gets sloppy. Sure a dominant runner will win in any terrain, but when it comes down to a difference of seconds per mile, it factors in for sure.At least i get revenge in the spring/summer :)

but that is what xc is about...running in all kinds of weather conditions and having fun... you must admit that most xc runners are a fun group to be with!
Thanks for confirming my beliefs. The same battle cry of all weather sissies.
and in case that was directred at my post or New Balance...
the team is not bitching and neither was I. They are really happy with their race!
zap went 1,3 with Nyac guy In 2nd. Forest braden was top 5ish. Ghebray and Philip Reed were around 10th. Conditions were very muddy and cold. Awesome races!
