Seems weird to me that Lagat's B sample as to yet confirm or refute his A sample. Why does it take so long, shouldn't it be quite straight forward? Why hasn't the IAAF said anything publically? I do recall Boulami being crucified too for a positive A sample...and the B sample confirmed it. According to ITU rules, which I believe could also be IAAF rules, if the B sample is normal, then INNOCENCE is assumed. Anyone if the know-how? So many questions, so little answers.
