Wow. Seek professional help, man. Anybody who cares to read these threads can see who the real problem is here. Everything you podted is lies and I'm real curious about what your real goals are here.
72' hilly run...swim after...nice.

It looks like the King Troll (and his many alter egos) is at it again. Stay strong, group, and we can withstand this immature assault just like we did the last time.
Did some hill work yesterday and all went well, so Coach thinks we might be able to get back on the track this weekend. Yay!
Hahahahaha....Wow.

It means Skuj destroyed the old 'Running Today' thread and was banned and has his posts removed. He then used several aliases to continually undermine the good work others were doing with that thread. Now Skuj as resurfaced here and again is using aliases to post trash about others. The guy's got a problem.
What has prompted this latest outburst, Running Dogg Andrew Hammy Skujins Knowerer? Seriously. This time I'm really confused.

Well, someone did ask.
So am I!
Let's talk about running.
Tues., & Wed., no runs, head cold.
Today, for 47:15. Easy, slow. HR 128. Attempting to stay below 132. Seem to be over cold, hopefully.
Say Skuj, are you going to be at usual spot Sunday, the 39 km point of RVM? Maybe the Exag. might get his sub three this time?
Omitted Monday's run.
Warm up 8 1/2 min., regular pace for 13:17, warm down easy 9:40. Run was for 31:36. HR 134. Cold coming on.
Boiled water advisory in Sidney, B.C. Broken water mains.
Some letsrunners know that I've had many battles with Andrew Skujins, but I really thought we were making some progress recently. I thanked him for this wonderful thread idea. Sigh....
Yeah, vic....here's the plan:
See 8k start.
Dash to Dallas....see 8k at 2-3k.
Stay at Dallas....see 8k at 5-6k.
Dash to 8k finish area to see Heather et al.
Go to Marathon Start.
Dash to Half Marathon finish area to see top runners.
Dash to Dallas to see some Half Marathoners and Marathoners. Same place - 39.5km mark.
See you there, eh?
Off for a longish run with tempo......

You STILL don't get it, do you? Everyone who disagrees with you is not Andrew Skujins. You display classic symptoms of clinical paranoia. Just chill, Skuj. Let the flak bounce off of you. Show your detractors that you are the bigger man by ignoring them. Hey, that's how Running Dogg ran you off the last time. Take a page out of his handbook.
But "i know". :)
Some things are just SO predictable....
Thanks to all of you who have posted about your running. We've got a good thing going here and if we persevere we can certainly ride out the bumps. We've done it before!
Coach wants me to try a moderate track session today. I'm not sure exactly what she has planned, but I am looking forward to testing myself after the recent setbacks. I'll let you know!
Good luck to all of you with your running. I'm with you!
1 hr. easy pace (8min/mile)
A rocking 4.3 mile recovery run in the morning. Humid as F, and was glad to only run for about 35'.

Yesterday I did a 75min run thusly:
0 to 40 min = easy.
40 to 59 min = tempo.
59 to 75 min = easy.
I haven't felt this fit in years.
Running Dogg, you started the BS yesterday, right out of left field. I know you are going to do it again. Soon.
After a day off, I went for a nice 30 minute run during lunch break today. It's a tad warm and humid for October, but delightful nonetheless.
jus' lots of pedalling...
