The only split that I can find is the 2:49 at 1200, as reported by letsrun on the front page.
What was his time at 400 and 800?

I thought I heard him say 1:58 through 800 on the flocast video where solinsky runs 3:37.
152 through 800 is what he said
On another thread someone posted 54 high and 1:52ish.
HE TOOK THEM OUT IN 54????
Courage, yes? Think of what it would be like to take the field out in such hard speed. Can you imagine what the others were thinking? I bet they were buried in 'negativeland.' Wow! Allen Webb is awesome! 54; 1:52; 2:49;
Zatopek used to run to exhaustion. He would start out as fast as he could go and keep going until he could not fight any more. I think Webb has been doing some of those workouts. When it came time for the sprint, it had been destroyed by a 54. Allen was tired too BUT he trained to make this happen!
Sounds about right.
54 + 58 + 57 + 41 is 210 seconds.
Good job for Mr. Webb!!!! Hopefully he can hold his fitness thorugh to the end of next month.
Jason
They asked the pacesetter to go through in 55 for the first 400m. I think he was 54.8 with Webb in 3rd (behind the 2nd rabbitt) at 55-mid. The second and thrid splits were both in the 57-mid to 57-high ranges. This would support the 2:49 1200m split and give around a 1:53-low for 800m.
anyone else find it funny how gerry the jogger is ignored by other posters?
this being one of the greatest u.s. runners in history?
has he reached rock bottom?
Leader splits:
54.82 (Webb 55 low)
1:52.28 (Webb 1:52 mid)
2:49.30

And a man who happens to be quite a few fries short of a Happy Meal, sadly.
Why do you need to be this way? All Gerry has is positive advice, he's giving his $.02 why can't anyone respect him instead of write him off as "crazy"
You can think what you want but it's disrespectful to write it on the msg boards.
Thankfully, most of the legends who post here do it with full knowledge of the fact that there is a vocal minority of cretins who will be rude to anyone and everyone who posts. So hopefully they don't let this sort of thing get under their skins. It is a wonder how many of them are willing to endure this crap. I guess you don't get to be that good by having thin skin!

They do it for the same reasons they bash anyone else, to make themselves feel better. The more famous/successful/faster the victim is, the bigger "thrill" they get. If anyone is "crazy" it's the annoying trolls that get on here to put others down. What does that say about their conscience? They are probably the ones starting the depression/suicide threads.

Hahahaha, using the same Happy Meal metaphor, if Gerry is a few fries short, then I am the cheese that slides off the hamburger. My cheese slid off the bun a long time ago!!!
No one seems to ignore me for some reason.
Regarding describing craziness, a few of my favorites:
Seat not in the full upright position.
Doesn't have both feet in the endzone.
Lives out where the buses don't run.
His factory's still open but it's makin' something else.
this is a great job for Webb...keep it up and hopefully see you on the podium in osaka.you deserve praise for hard work.
Hey was at the meet yesterday, it was a pretty good until the steeplechase event which actually was funny first but then kinda ridiculous..but anyway the 1500m men was by far the greatest event yesterday, the battle between webb and Baala was really cool..i have some unofficials splits for the leader of the pack of the 1500, since webb was just behind the rabbit the all time
39"9 at 300
54"5 at 400
1'37-1'38 at the 700
1'52 for the 800
2'21 at the 1000
2'35 at the 1100
2'49 at the 1200 baala made his move
3'02 for the 1300
3'16 for the 1400
3'30 at the 1500
I think webb was lucky also that baala did not run only for the win and did not sat back until the home strech...he made his move at 300m to go but webb did amazing and when he was right behin baala at the 150 we could guess that he will kicked out baala during the last 80-50m. Now it was the only 1500m of the season for baala and he is not gonna run a lot before osaka he is gonna to back to training camp in altitude, i hope webb is gonna keep this shape at osaka, and that he will not run too much before worlds

I heard he's running a 10K.
Just saw the race on TV, unfortunately just caught the last of it. Webb sure had no problem blowing by Baala. It wasn't as strong of an acceleration as at nationals, but it was impressive given how hard they took it out. Baala could do nothing but watch. You are right, the way they blew the steeple was the craziest thing I have ever seen at a track meet. Just a total series of screw ups-ring the bell a lap early, pull the steeple, add a lap back onto the lap counter, string out the tape and let the lead runner break the tape, then allow the rest of the runners go by for the last lap and have the winner rejoin the race. Hope they play the meet again.
Webb said the rabbit was told to go out in a pace for them to hit 2:47 at the 1200m. Was supposed to be hard. 54-high isn't a bad place to start.
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
