Oops - I forgot that Ryan Hall was right after Abdi.
moen edged out by sell by a couple of feet
How many of our guys broke 29:00? How many women under 34:00?
moen about beat his former teammate.....wonder how hansons feel about that
Ryan Hall got 4th behind 3 Kenyans. Cabada got around 10th.
Where was Abdi? I thought he beat Ryan?
Any site to find out final results? Did cabada finish ahead
of sell and moen?

I'd imagine they feel pretty good considering the shorter race distance favors Moen....

Hi injur,
Can you post a link to the results? I couldn't find them and would like to see how the masters guys did. Thanks.

Wow!!! Sara Hall 4th. She is going to be a great 5000, 10,000 runner when she realizes she isn't Mary Decker.
Moen will be done in a year, unless he gets picked up by another group.
What reasoning do you have for that assumption?
Thanks SoCal Pete. Have you run that race before?
That is a very deep field, you should have been there!
The field was much deeper this year than in previous years. Sara must have run a REALLY smart race. AT the mile mark I looked beside me and saw her, we hit the first mile in 5:16, but I started about 4 seconds behind her so she would have been about 5:20 at the mile, pretty even splits?
So Girma Macheso is kinda fast. He's going to be a senior in highs school next year and he ran 30:24 for a 10k.
Yah, BUT he can't run xc or track next season b/c he has already used his elgibility. Can't wait to see what he can do in college. I was surprised that he didn't win footlocker south this year, and then got hammered by Chad Hall and company at FL Nats, seems like he may be more suited for the longer stuff? Bright future!
not really fair to classify Girma Mecheso as a high schooler anymore. great runner, but shouldn't have been eligible last year for high school events. he's 19 years old and doesnt even speak broken english well. welcome to gwinnett county high school sports...
