i agree. i am a big fan of ron clarke but his approach to championship racing didn't win olympic or commonwealth titles. i would rather win a championship (that won't happen) than be remembered, if anyone would, for "taking a risk".
anna had a great year and is a new face to watch, enjoy it.
At the end of the day Anna has the collegiate record and "W" to show for it. No one (besides those in the race perhaps) will remember race strategy or tacticts but Anna will forever be accredited with and have the glorly of 1st place and a collegiate record.
