I came across a copy of Wottle's log at my house. It is all handwritten, and those old enough to remember copiers quality from the 70's, difficult to read. I will give details only where necessary. Other than workouts, runs were ALL easy on the roads. No tempo's at all. The log I have begins January of '72 (junior year) and ends October of '73.

Sorry for such haphazzard typing, but the copy is VERY difficult to read. Nothing revolutionary except that the man was an incredible competitor. Remember what I said earlier, "Look how many times this guy could've and should've been written off in a year when he set a world record and won a gold medal. Support each other!
