Kara Goucher also impressive with a mile around 4:30. I don't have the official results.
In Adams race Dan Browne also looked good for a marathoner.
That is a solid last lap for Goucher off of 60 second pace. Hopefully he can get into a couple of fast 1500s in Europe and knock his pr down to around 3:35... he'll need it for the 5k.
I'm actually more impressed by Kara's speed. 4:30 for a 10k specialist is pretty impressive. Unless you are one of the Ethiopians, that is. Can she go under 31 this season?
