Cheruyiot is staritng to pull away 2:04 into the race. Of course VS missed it as they were showing Deena instead.
He went ahead at a water stop.

Chasing Kimbia just went down. I love it.
And LetsRun lives on. Good thing BroJos didn't go to some new-fangled complicated over-featured forum software.
kwambai breaks away alone 50 yards ahead now
Cheruiyot leads James Kwambai by 35m

The main guy sounds like the guy who did IAAF track meets last year. Unfortunately, his name escapes me. I wonder if they're actually in Boston or at a studio somewhere in the UK. Only reason I say that is 5-10 minutes ago they mentioned that at the start of the race the temps were 'barely above freezing', lol!
Deena in at 2:34:nn

"If you carried a loaf of bread and ran around a high school track with it ..." ?
our old server used to get dragged down on big race days but not anymore.
2:35 for. Cheruyiot is arguably the top marathoner in the world right now. Would love to see him take on the boys in London but he has shown he knows how to win. With this win, he wraps up the World Marathon Majors (guaranteed a tie for first) as well.
Cheriyot FTW
Robert C: 2:14:13, slowest time since '85.
he slips and falls at the finish !!!!!!! argghhhhhhhhh
just kidding
he wins
Most of you runners out there watching, don't even try to slice these athletes bread, because you're not worthy of it.
Victory #3 for Cheruiyot, Kwambi 2nd (2:14:30), Kiogora 3rd
