You obviously don't even know what global warming even is. Every scientist is in agreement that because of global warming the Earth will see more extremes, that includes more extremes on the cold end of the spectrum. Take extreme temps on the cold end of the spectrum and put them in conjunction with hotter temps on the high end of the spectrum, and the general average will indicate overall temps are warmer than ever.

A gradual rise in temperatures worldwide means that it can't snow in Texas today? Or that snow falling in Texas today is supposed to be a refutation of a trend of rising average temperatures worldwide? Do you get all of your science out of the Bible or do you just go to your imagination for this stuff?

Saying cold weather for one or two days (It was 87 degrees in Central Texas a few days ago) means there's no such thing as Global Warming or Global Climate Change is like saying that the stock market is healthy or unhealthy based on one or two days performance. for those of you agreeing with me and saying "yeah, you're right, climate change isn't real, there's nothing wrong with driving SUVs", cars still = pollution, and more pollution still = a bad thing. that's what blows my mind about climate change deniers - the fundamental message of conservation and moderation is completely sound no matter what your views on the effects of anthropogenic CO2 are. it's just the right way to live.

People sold on climate change/global warming will use anything (hot and cold) to "support" their way of thinking. If it's too hot, well that's a sign of mass climate change; if it's too cold, then we're experiencing the results of global warming.

If the temperature is absolutely "perfect" for a series of years, then we should absolutely shiver in our boots because the end is nigh!

"We have temperature records going back for about 100 years. the records show that the planet has gotten a little warmer during that time. The industrial revolution and the advent of the automobile roughly coincide with this temperature increase. THEREFORE, GLOBAL WARMING IS BEING CAUSED BY HUMAN BEINGS AND WE ARE DESTROYING THE PLANET!"

Listen, the Earth has been around for millions of years. Did it ever occur to you Libs that there was a lot going on before the late 1800s? Such as.......ice ages, warm peiods (much warmer in fact than anything we'll see in our lifetimes), dinosaurs and other animals going extinct, etc. etc.

Planet Earth has been around for slightly longer than we have. It's endured worse than we could possibly throw at it (meteorite that hit near Yucatan for one) and it's still here. The Krakatoa eruption in 1883 dumped more carbon and other crap into the atmosphere than all human activity since the invention of the internal combustion engine, for crying out loud.

Should we try to limit pollution in order to make the places we inhabit more pleasant and healthier? Sure!

Are we destroying the planet? Are we CAPABLE of destroying the planet? Hell no! The global-warming-caused-by-humans mythology is nothing more than anti-Capitalist, anti-Western, most of all anti-American BS. The scientific community, far from unanimity, is very divided in this area. However, many of those who disagree with the popular PC Leftist agenda are afraid to even voice their opinions. Scientists are as susceptible to groupthink as any other group of people.
