about 40. More if you count walking. I hope to be able to jog for 3 miles with no pain and run for 1 with no pain.
3,318 miles. Missed 58 days with a stress fracture and took a while to build back up to normal running.
I managed roughly 3250 miles this year, which is a drop from the last two years. Started the year sick and with a weird foot problem, raced well from March to September (new PRs at age 41 from 800 to HM), but then running has sucked since mid-October, with most of the final two weeks of the year off completely.
Today's a new day and a new year. I'll run today with my lovely wife and hope to get back into the swing of things.
Have a great year of running, everyone!

almost 1300 more than last year
:(
2740 and a PR at marathon and the four mile. Better than the 1128 in 2005 but not quite the 2855 of 2004. Only managed to equal my 5K PR (twice)! and couldn't beat the 10K and half-marathon PRs (both from 2004)
Around 860, averaging about 6 a day. It's not much, but I only have the time to run during my hour off at lunchtime. No weekends, and sometimes it's too busy at work to run. It's quality time though!
2300 miles give or take some.
9,254 as of yesterday night, when I finished my usual 90 mile day.
injury...only reason i ever miss a day...
2217.4
3,957 miles, 5 days with no running.
8,122. No joke. I am making a comeback. Ask my runners. I am injury free again and will be back on the scene in May after the collegiate season.
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year

Hats off to my dad. He just ran a 1:42 Half Marathon and turns 75 in 2 months!
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
