I had a year of injuries and a surgery. 500 miles for me for the year and not a whole lot of cross training.
I hope your year was much better.
How many miles did you get in and how many races did you run?

Not run properly since 2004 with achilles trouble and not raced since then either. A couple of jogs to test area 0 races. Count yourself lucky.
7,084 miles for me...I was just lucky i stayed healthy and injury Free.....
850 miles. Too many injuries to list. At least I managed to hammer real hard 60% of the miles I ran, which helped out psychologically.
Today I'm up to 2990 miles.
Good job, Is It good, you averaged 136 miles a week.
3948 miles 27 races 3 pr's on track 3km - 8:11 5km 14:07 10km - 29:38 and one road best 30:11 10km.
A little over 2200 miles, improved my marathon time, half marathon time and 10k.
Funny, I just checked.. a pathetic 1115, so much for my new years resolution of running injury free. This year, i swear, my resolution is not to run at all (at least for the next little while).
18.4
2300 miles, dropped my marathon PR by 12 minutes too!
1483 miles. went through some injuries, a move to the 400 hurdles, and recently a bunch of weeks from 40-48 miles in hopes of getting in shape without getting hurt.
probably something like 300
didn't really log, what reason was there?
Less than 400, but every single one was fun, including over 30 races. I vow to practice more, have it still be fun, and still compete just as much.
Am within 12 miles of 3650 - 10 miles a day on average. 2 days to go. However, since a true year is 365 and 1/4 days, I am going to go 3653. So, 15 more miles.
2158 miles, bettered my marathon by 5 1/2 minutes.
67.4
A big improvement over the previous year of 38.
This year I am shooting for 0 and hope I can run the following year.
1,694 through today (12/29) and I'm sure it's a lot more than last year, the first season of collegiate XC will do that to you
I think I got everyone beat here... 11.5 for the year. 2 foot surgeries and forced to wait for the incisions to heal.
Add some zeros to the end for 2007. I'll be back in form and kicking AXE this year.
A little more than 2500.
