Awesome job George. I would like to add that Alberto was an adviser at the time of the bust.
I've communicated my thoughts to Alberto by email already. His response was that she'd been exonerated (by the USATF) The U-S-A-T-F? This is the same organization that had been proven to hide doping busts?
Look, if I were in charge of Nikes pro athletes there'd been none of these shenanigans allowed. Anyone in the organization, either employees, athletes, or in an agency relationship who couldn't handle basic PR would be canned. If Marion and Tim hook up with Charlie Francis it would be the easiest PR "debacle" to handle. "Francis is the best sprint technician in the World. I (Marion, Tim) know what you (reporters) are thinking, because of Charlie's past. If I'm working with Francis, and everyone knows it, don't you think that I'd be subject to a higher scrutiny than everyone else?" Case closed. No more story.
Why these people don't understand that as soon as you LIE to the public, which is what Marion and Tim did, your stock drops. I don't know about the rest of you, but the one thing I cannot stand is a liar - or those who accommodate them. Disagree with me all you want, lie to me....fuggitaboutit!
