Please! We all know he didn't use the bona fide meaning of the word blue collar, that's just perhaps why he put it in ""?!?!
In this thread "blue collar" means someone who achieved their current success through hard work, given his clearly flawed definition.
But all this crap about them being "rich white boys", how ridiculous can you get? It's clearly not about money, he used the wrong term perhaps t start it, but we all know what he meant so stop going on about it.
Agree with those attacking what he considers to be those that are "untalented and worked hard"(blue collar) compared to those who are "unbelievably talented" (white collar). At High school you get runners who put in massive mileage and hard work and get results and those very talented who don't putt he work in and don't get the results and that can quite easily reverse in college. But for ease of trying to put that table together it's a reasonable enough def. to use. Interesting to look at as well.
