The guy's name is Scott Brundage. He is actually a locksmith. He steals credit cards, but also V-Card and S-Cards, so don't leave them in the car, either. The electronic shit he buys is for poor unwed mothers that he's impregnated over the years. He also buys nipple cream so his piercing wounds will heal.
