What would you be if you were not a runner? Would you be fat? or would you still find a way to way to stay in shape without running. Since alot of runner are a little complusive about training, would you put as much effort into your other life. How would it change your life, if you didn't run.
Just take a look at your relatives, are they overweight? I just can't imagine going home after work and not running or at least exercising.
I know for sure, if I didn't run I would be allot bigger.
