(There's also a story on the front page of the IAAF site)Alone, none of these times are all that impressive, but when you pack events like the Steeple, 10k, 3k, and 5k, 400mH and 200mH(?) into two days along with field events (including the hammer and triple jump!?!), Kip Janvrin (age 35!) accomplished a pretty substantial feat! There certainly aren't many decathletes or distance runners who could put together the series of times and marks he tallied up over twenty events. Is there anyone on these boards who has even attempted each of these twenty events at least once??? If so, how would you have fared?
