I think Georgetown could be pretty good if Debole will run to his ability at an NCAA championship and Bumbalough (12th at prenats) and Miller (top 10 Big East) can be healthy and fit.

what happen to Ryan Deek i thought he was at CU?
He runs in Virginia I believe now.
According to the information posted in the results from the NCAA meet, Brent Vaughn is listed as a senior. On the CU website roster for the xc team, Vaughn is listed as a junior, and I'm pretty sure last time he raced he was a sophomore, last year being when he redshirted. So here is who CU should be returning next year:
Brent Vaughn
Stephen Pifer
James Strang
Bradley Harkrader
Pete Janson
Seth DeMoor
Chris Pannone
Kenyon Neuman
These are the only guys that seemed to do well for CU this past season. Next season could be a completely different season, but I'm guessing CU would be looking at those 8 guys filling in the top 7.
Oklahoma State is returning everyone except for Joe Gray, and UCLA is returning everyone, plus acquiring Michael Cybulski, so I could see UCLA as being a top 10 threat. I know UCLA isn't known for their XC teams, but I think next season could be a different story for them. It isn't like they haven't produced good distance runners in the past, and the Shackleton's seem to be doing pretty well.
As for Arkansas, they'll be returning Chris Barnicle, Kenny Cormier, Scott MacPherson, Shawn Forrest, Tyler Hill, Daniel LaCava, and Jonathan Norris, amongst some others. They deffinately will not be a top 5 team, quite possibly a top 10 team, but still maybe not even that.
Iona will be returning its top 7. They're going to rise to the top quickly. I think Oregon, Iona, and UTEP will be the top three teams to look out for next season. The only teams that might be a threat to them would be Wisconsin, Colorado, Stanford, or maybe a really dedicated, improved Oklahoma State team. If Benson Chesang gets back into shape, Kansas could have a very good 3-pack upfront in every race of the season, and if they can get a 4th and 5th runner to run well, they could be good, but that's a lot of "if"'s. Let's just wait it out.
UCLA also gets Austin Ramos. He redshirted this year. He is good.
I'm going to have to disagree with the consensus and say that CU is pretty difficult to beat considering they return the top 4 as well as a great filling cast from a dominating championship squad.
CU for the repeat. If not, no worse than third. Harkrader, Neuman and Tebo will easily be able to fill in those 5-7 spots to keep the Buffs on top.

You moved the Bruins down one spot from your original assessment? They return their entire top five from Terre Haute, they are getting Ramos back, and they signed Cybulski to a letter of intent.
No worries... I can easily save my "I told you so" for 11½ months.
Stanford is not restocking like it needs to. There is still the spring signing period, but they only signed one distance runner of note in the fall, and his brother is already on the team.

Still no UTEP, muger?
C'mon all, it'll be the ducks for sure. They held out Acosta, they're real #2 (Shadrack) man was running half injured and off par.
Next year they'll have Acosta, they'll have several new studs to pick from, they'll have both twins, they will be a year further developed and and a year more cohesive (very significant in a 15 month new program).
They are gonna stomp. Don't forget it.
