2002. Alot of people thought he would translate that
into a top competitor outdoors. He has went from running
under 10.20 to running around 11 seconds. His 200 has
went from the low 20 second range to over 22 seconds. How
the hell can a guy fall apart so quickly. Hes only 25!

Being a rare breed (white guy) doesn't help his cause.
The mistake most people (not in the know) make with these fast 60 guys is to confuse that with the 100 meters.....BIG DIFFERENCE!!! The 100 meters is all about "speed endurance" the 60 is about "quickness"....BIG DIFFERANCE!!!
Nagel has never really done anything outdoors so his demise is really not all that hard to believe. Of course thee could be things here no one is heap to, like an injury or maybe a problem in his personel life. Regardless he was never going to be a stud outdoors anyway.
I would have to agree that the 60 and the 100 meters
are different but at the same time, this kid had and
still has potential. My opinion would be more with him
needed some added strength in the weight room! He has to
be one of the skinniest sprinters out there. There aren't
many Kim Collins out there that are succesful. His
endurance also needs work. Probably some 200 & 300 speed
work could help.
