Unfortunately nobody ever has them except the website (http://www.bostonhighperformance.com) and they usually wait until Monday to release them.
I'm sure people who were there can tell you who won which race. I was too busy taking photos. I'll post a link later.

There's not much to say really. It's not really much of an approach. Just every couple of weeks, especially during the first half of the cross-country season, Piane takes the troops out to some back roads not far from the I-90 (about a 3 mile warmup to get out there). There they run a 3 or 4 mile FCR. The terrain is relatively flat, with a couple of very gradual inclines but nothing that will slow you down much. The natural competitive streak in everybody keeps it fast. Sometimes, they finish up with a couple of half mile repeats on Riverside drive.
Another workout they sometimes do is the "Holy Cross" workout over on a back loop by St Mary's/Holy cross college. Usually they do this sometime in October. Everybody starts off running a half-mile flat loop fast. Then they go right into a 3.5 mile run around the SMC campus that is supposed to be fast, but not as fast as the half. When they come back from the 3.5, they go right back into another fast half, then into another 3.5 miler and back for one more fast half. Of course, someone usally pushes the 3.5 milers to so basically you end up with 8.5 miles very hard.
Then there are the "HI-C" relays. These are usually held on a Saturday in September The team jogs out to SMC. They are divided up into relay teams and take turns running a 1.25 mile loop in the SMC backwoods. Each person ends up doing about 3 loops.
No doubt most college teams have workouts similar to these.
