What's the matter, the boys long hair turning you on a little too much. Kind of takes you back to the days when your uncle was humping your sister/mom
How long have been fixated on the male buttocks?

I am thnking that if Spence or Rohl read this, and they find out it really is guys on their teams posting such trash, they are not going to be happy about it.
Why dont we all just show up at conference and we'll see who has the better team. What the hell has cummings done anyways? He's been dominate this year so were gonna talk shit about him? Doesn't seem right because noone has been able to stick with him. It's not his fault he has been training and not running his mouth on this message board. Why dont the rest of us do that and remember to bring it at conference. If ur not up to it then keep ur ass at home.
My guess that this trash talk doesn't come from either Ship, Mansfield, or Cal.
Hell, at least when people get pissed at Shizzy, they know it's him. These last posts have just been a way to get people angry and get a rise out of them.
Honestly, it's getting old.
Good luck saturday!
Whoever wrote those last posts were not from Ship, because I have long hair and they all love me..............I think

Thats a really stupid quote, generic as hell.
I just realized that only possible way you could believe what you just said is either because you are chris clarks mother or you are or hoping to get into his pants.
You claim that he would beat many of the runners in the field if this was moved to a 5k or 10k. So i can save myself time i'll pick the top 10 guys in the race and we can look at whether or not he would beat them in a 5k.
1. tegenkamp - no
2. solinsky - no
3. riley - no
4. kyle king - 13:30 and 3:40 credentials - not a chance
5. bolota asmerom - 13:20 - not a chance
6. steve slattery - 8:20 steepler - about as fast as clark in a regular 3k
7. anthony gallo - only results i can find are a 4:03 and 7:56. still would beat clark over 5 kilometers
8. jeff powers - 28:43 in 10k last year and an all american at 10k division 1. will hand clark his ass.
9. kevin davis - 8:30 steepler. all american last year at d1 nats in steeple. clark not likely to beat him either
10. blake boldon - 3:59 miler and 7:57 3000 clark will not win here either
a couple of the others to note are centrowitz (400 indoors this year and ran 841 last year in 2 mile) and jefferson (3:39 1500 runner)
That being said it was great that clark went up there, it was the right thing to do. You would have saw that i said that in my post if you had read. That being said, i love the psac but lets not get carried away he had a great race at boston but he is not in those runners league yet. Lets see how clark does this weekend and then at nats before we get all excited about him going 28 flat in the 10.
i think this is the first post i made that has had any purpose.
1. I said compete to be in the top half, which may have been off by one or two people but still a pretty solid statement. If Clark would have ran his 3k pr he would have beat 3 or 4 and if the distance would have increased and he had a good day he would have COMPETED to be in the top half or at least beat a few guys, which shows he belongs in the race.
2. You gave those people's best times, but their seed times were not near that. Like I said, many were seeded at or above 14.00, which means as of now Clark has run faster this year in a 5k.
3. You only listed 10 out of 16, the bottom couple Clark would have a chance against as they went up in distance.
4. The original post I made was in response to "Clark wasted his time" which for someone to post when someone goes to U.S. Nationals is idiotic and disrespectful. I am quite sure no one would post that comment about Clark with their name attached to it.
5. Don't be a dick!
1. the race was a tactical race. you don't understand. thats why clark was 830. i am aware that clark can run 810-815 just as many of those guys have broken 800 and in the top guys case have run in the 740's.
2. The reason that those guys don't have much faster times is because they're professionals this is just the beginning of their season. Many have only run one race in teg's case this was his first race. Clark would not have beaten them in a 5k or 10k.
3. I said he would have had a shot at a few. And no he would not beat centrowitz or jefferson.
4. this point has nothing to do with what i said.
5. Don't be ignorant, you're wrong.
Dude, the PSAC had an athlete at indoor nationals. More importantly, a team that was terrible just a few years ago. I think this is pretty nuts!
Even if Clark was still at Clarion, I'm sure he'd be running those times.
So, one guy thinks otherwise...ok. Time to move on.
p.s. Why aren't there any regionals for track?
$$$$-the membership isn't likely to vote in favor of something that will cost the schools a lot of extra dough. Keeping people on campus or even in town that much longer is a fairly expensive proposition.

EAST STROUDSBURG - IUP senior Sean Strauman, a two-time All-American and NCAA automatic qualifier in the 800m, and reigning 55m and 200m champion Jamal James of Shippensburg headline the field of athletes competing at the 2008 PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championship on Saturday and Sunday at East Stroudsburg University.
California's Bradley Rager (400m), ESU's Iuri Pinto (mile), Lock Haven's Paul Martin (55m hurdles), IUP's Troy Litten (pole vault) and Kutztown's Steve Tyson (shot put) join Strauman and James as athletes returning to defend their conference titles.
Lock Haven won the 2007 men's championship, giving the Bald Eagles four of the first six PSAC indoor track & field titles. Shippensburg, the champion in 2005 and 2006, was the runner-up and host ESU finished third last year.
Strauman, Mansfield's Chris Cummings (mile), California's Chris Clark (5000m) and West Chester's Jarret Eaton (60m hurdles) are all automatic qualifers for the NCAA Championship on March 14-15 at Mankato State (Minn.). Eaton, a freshman, has the top time in the 60m hurdles in Division II this season, and Clark ran in the U.S. National Championships last weekend in Boston.
Below is a preview of each event:
55m: Jamal James (Ship) is the returning champion in both the 55m (6.45) and the 200m (21.94). Slippery Rock's Brad Mueller (6.30) and Jeren Debardelaben (6.38) have two of the top three times in the conference this season (converted from 60m), along with IUP's Chris Gardner (6.36). Seven athletes have clocked times under 6.50 seconds this year, including James, Justin Lockley (LHU), Cyrus Wesley (Cheyney) and Kelvin Reyes (Millersville).
200m: James set the meet record in 21.94 last year and has a top time of 22.20 this season. Wesley won the PSAC East challenge with a time of 22.09, the fastest in the PSAC. Bradley Rager (Cal) was second last year in 22.16, followed by Wesley in 22.18. Host ESU has two contenders in Andrew McCloskey and Jeff McClenton, and James Wilson gives Shippensburg two of the top sprinters in the field.
400m: Rager won the PSAC title with a time of 49.03 last year and has the conference's fastest time this year (49.35), followed closely by teammate Frank Ehrensberger (49.37). For Lock Haven, Paul Martin, the defending 55m hurdle champ, was the runner-up last year and Chris Edelman has the third-best time in the conference. ESU's Ed Kiser and Chris Reddick and Cal freshman C.J. Baker may also challenge in the event.
800m: Sean Strauman (IUP) holds the PSAC record of 1:50.62, two seconds under his meet record of 1:52.82 which he set last year. Charles Kacsur (Cal) has the second-best time this year of 1:54.67. Mansfield has the next three times this season, with Dave Sanford, Victor Garcia and Chris Cummings.
Mile: Iuri Pinto (ESU) won last year's championship in 4:12.95 and turned in a time of 4:11.63 at the Armory. Lock Haven's Cory Spidell and Brandon Pomerantz are the only other returners out of the top eight, but Chris Cummings (Mansfield) has the top time in the PSAC and is an automatic qualifier with at time of 4:10.60 in January at Penn State. Strauman, California's Chris Clark and Ryan Moravec, and Shippensburg's Josh Neyhart are other potential contenders.
3000m: Clark was second in the 3000 and 5000 at last year's championship behind Ryan Blood (LHU), who set meet records in both events and was named the Most Valuable Athlete. Clark's best time this season is 8:19.59, less than two seconds off Blood's record-setting time last year. Slippery Rock has four PSAC qualifiers - Jeff Weiss, Pat Reagan, Chris Geddis and Matt Bluman.
5000m: Clark has turned in the second-best performance in Division II this season (14:00.32, 14:02.52 converted) on February 8 in Boston. Clark is the PSAC record-holder and the only conference athlete who qualified for the US National Championships, comprised of mostly professional athletes. Reagan, Bluman and Moravec are the only other runners to break 15:00 this year.
55m Hurdles: Paul Martin (LHU) is the defending champion, but freshman Jarret Eaton (WCU) has drawn most of the attention with several top times, including 7.41 at the Susquehanna Open which is converted to the fastest time in Division II this season (7.94) at 60m. Martin's winning time of 7.57 also equals his best time this year. Rusty Smith (ESU) joins Martin as an NCAA provisional qualifier with a time of 7.59. Freshmen Brice Myers (Cal), Tyler Real (SRU) and Shane Harvey (Kutztown) give first-year athletes four of the top seven seeded spots at this year's championship, and Kutztown senior Kurt Redley will also contend.
High Jump: Freshman Leander Toney (Ship) has been the top performer in the PSAC this year. Toney cleared 6-10 1/4 at Ursinus in December, the same height that All-American Jim Dempsey (LHU) cleared to win last year's championship. Ivars Lurops (6-7) and Paul Martin (6-6) give Lock Haven two top contenders, and Ryan Kramer (ESU), Cody Hartzler (Kutztown) and Jordan Boatwright (Cal) have all reached 6-6 this year. Hartzler tied for second last year at 6-8 1/4.
Pole Vault: Troy Litten (IUP) is the defending champ with a height of 15-5 1/2, and is tied with Matt Gallup (ESU) for the top mark this year at 15-9. Tim Tray (SRU) has cleared 15-5 3/4, and Justin Germani (Kutztown), Graham Ruskin (SRU) and Don Graybill (Ship) have all cleared 15-3.
Long Jump: Jamal James (Ship) didn't compete in the event last year, but the reigning 55m and 200m champion has the top jump this year at 23-9, which he established at the Bucknell Winter Games. Adam Samborski (WCU) won the PSAC East Challenge with a leap of 23-8 1/4, both are NCAA provisional marks. Seven of the top eight finishers from last year are gone so the field is wide open, with Joseph Okafor (Cheyney) they only returner. Sean Cohick (Ship) has also jumped over 23-0 this year.
Triple Jump: Maurice Barbour (Ship) was eighth last year but has the top mark by more than a foot this year, jumping 47-11 1/4 at Ursinus. Okafor has the second-best mark of 46-5 1/4, which he recorded at the same event. Drew Miller (ESU) and Jordan Boatwright (Cal) have both been over 46-0. Tariq Jackson (Cheyney) is the only returner out of the top eight from 2007.
Shot Put: Kutztown has the top two athletes, including Steve Tyson, the defending champion. Tyson threw 53-3 3/4 to win last year and threw his season best of 53-10 1/2 at the DeSchriver Invitational at ESU on February 2. Jim Dart has the top mark this year at 54-2, and both athletes have reached NCAA provisional standards. Shaun Minnich (Ship), who was second last year, Adam Jones (SRU) and Mike Frey (Mansfield) lead the rest of the contenders.
Weight: Jones is the top returning finisher after placing fourth last year, and has the top throw of the season of 57-2 at Bucknell. Randy Sylvia (LHU) and Dart have both topped 55-0, Minnich and Paul Wagner (ESU) complete the top five performers this season.
Pentathlon: Adam Samborski (WCU) has the top score of 3,520 and was seventh in 2007. Ian Clark (Kutztown) was third last year, Kenny Cardullo (ESU) was fourth, Ivars Lurops (LHU) was fifth and Anthony Scanella (ESU) placed sixth and are among the 12 competitors this weekend.
lets do this ship
I have been told in confidence that there will be a skinny young man walking around the ESU Fieldhouse carrying a bottle. This bottle will contain the sweet nectar of Grape soda, or possibly even orange crush. Aparently he will be traveling from as far away as union street, and he is excited. If all things go as planned, he will smash the bottle on the ground outside the fieldhouse, and then go to THE CLUB.
For all you haters I think Mansfield proved that their dmr is pretty good.
Screw Mansfield! No matter what there athletes all SUCK!
Ship will Dominate the sprinting events and take home the Championship Crown. So the Little DMR thing that everyone thinks of mansfield is nothing big! big deal congrats you won a fricken PSAC Indoor event. Get a life people, they suck and will always suck, Ship, Lock and Slippery Rock are were the true athletes and winners are at.
