California University of Pennsylvania is in the top 10 Regional Rankings, but it can't be true because they are tied with Kutztown. This may be the first time that CAL was ever ranked and they have to share it with some bastard Golden Bears who take Golden Showers
Here is a link for anybody that wanted to purchase photos from PSACs. The pics are awsome quailty and a pretty good price I think. Take a look for yourself.
Is this guy from Cal seriously more concerned about getting his time right away than beating his opponent to the finish line???

Hey Andrew Amey Is one BAMF
Andrew Amey is indeed a BAMF!
Andrew Amey is indeed a BAMF! You can look at the results, he beat that kid...Say what you want!
I checked the results, the guy from cal beat him while stopping his watch
you stole my name u suma bitch. I must change to "I REALLY SUCK AT RUNNING."
that is pretty embarassing that you can get outkicked at the end of a race by a guy who is trying to stop his watch, that rock guy should be ashamed of himself....Andrew Amey for President 2008!!!!
...I'm guessing most teams will be going through their last light workout today before regionals. This is it...for some, a whole season of hard workouts, lots of miles, and grueling races to get to this point. For others, a whole career of the same. It is, time to have fun, time to enjoy backing off the miles and feeling fresh, and time to roll.
Full predictions are coming, but I'm curious who y'all think is going to step it up this weekend?
My thoughts...
Team wise, I think Haven. It's been a tough year for them, but Russell has kept the guys together and as tough as their season was, they have some runners on that team that incredibly tough and I'm willing to be determined. I think at 2 or 3 miles into the race, they will be in contention for a spot at Nats. Moore will have a couple of teammates around him at this point, and Moore will go on to finish 7th, 8th, or 9th in the region. I ultimately think Haven will come up short, and Boro & Rock will seperate from them by the finish..but, the race for second will feel much closer than it was last week.
In terms of individuals...
Weiss, but that's not really going out on a limb. I think he is as smart of a runner as you'll find. The dude doesn't have a big ego, so the fact that he laid back a bit last week isn't a shocker at all. He'll be there...he'll be the one pushing down ever so slightly on the accelerate at 3 miles...he'll be the one making Niemira and Cummings wonder if they can finish.
Additionally, I think that the other big surprise/mover will be Ben Hahn. I think he'll actually beat Niemira and will finish second...or possibly third if Cummings doesn't worry about trying to qualify for Nats as an individual and just goes out and runs to win.
More to come...but who do you think will step it up this weekend?
Hoovis
It Weiss's race in a run away Hoovis, I deff doubt if cummings will finish in the top 5, Niemira will be in the haunt, but will get ran into the ground in the later stages of the race, that is if anyone is close to Weiss with 1 or 2 miles to go.

That kid is an idiot. He almost missed out on passing someone because he was worried about stopping his watch. I've always hated those people. Do you not trust the timing system? Are you that worried about your time that you can't wait until the results come out? Good job on outkicking him though.
Hoovis has a great point on Haven. Someone said they have no chance, but it's nice to see a non-Haven alum defend my point. The meet is at West Branch and this team is much more better suited for the 10k than the 8k and that might make a difference. Anyway, what Timmy wants is what Timmy Getz. Hopefully it's an all region finish after narrowly missing all PSAC. Overall, I see Boro winning the crown. Weiss and Reagan will be up front, perhaps 1-2, but I think Boro could pack 3-4 guys in there between Bluman and Geddis to make the difference. TP is a true 10k runner, and I think he and Eric Cooper take the individual berths although Cummings and Pinto will be close. You never know who will blow up and who'll surprise in this race so I could be way off. One thing I know is for certain. Chris Cowan will not be there. It breaks my heart, but a good time will still be had so get a hold of me or Fever or Buckenmeyer, someone after the race!
Why does Cummings get no respect? What am I missing here? Reminds me of Shepherd from Bloom - nobody ever gave the dude the props he deserves?
Hoovis

Who knows! But Dirt’s in case he is such a homer it is almost unfathomable. He has to be the least objective person on this board. Tommy Pearson couldn’t run with any of the top 5 guys at the conference meet. What makes you think he is going to be able to hang for 10k? His fastest effort on any course is 25:45 and that just isn’t going to get it done. Look for Nimera, Weis Cooper and Cummings to be in the top 4 and while I hate to disagree with Hoovis there is just no way Lock Haven is going to make up a 60 point deficit. Both SRU and Edinboro know they have it in the bag so to speak and since they have room to give, I would bet they are working pretty hard this week to ensure a good run at nationals – at least the Boro guys are. As for Ship there guys ran awesome at the PSAC and they will be consistent at the Regionals. After that it will be a battle for 5th between Concord and either ESU, Bloom or Mansfield depending on who has their head on straight that day.
Your an idiot, Andrew Amey is king!
if andrew amey didn't run with a watch he would of probably been in the top ten. I seen him taking splits every quarter.
