Sutton, and Stroh blazed a workout on the course before the race started. Both looked impressive, wouldn't be surprised if either of them are named PSAC athlete of the week for it.

Where has IUP been??
IDK if anyone else noticed that Steve Maine was kneeling for the National Anthem. Does anyone know why???

They ran St. Vincent, Cooper won, and many of their guys were unattached.
Rumor is that Bruning and Balla went home devastated due to losing to a bloom guy... Bloom > Ship
I don't know what ya'll think, but I'm pretty sure Alec Brand's chest hair is the secret to Ship's success

Well... "So how are they with Boro" now
Spaghettimonster wrote:I'm aware of the the SR losing some of their guys. That being said, Boro is not looking too hot right now either. I've heard a rumor about one of their top 2 not being in the best condition training-wise. Beyond Gusew and Wefing they have just about nobody right now. Slippery is in the same situation with Parsons and another guy near all-region last season. So "how they are with Boro" is fairly self explanatory with that in mind.
Fair enough. Interested to see IUP actually race to see where the conference really is. Seems like
Ship
Lock
Boro
Bloom
IUP (up in the air)
Why is Ship in the brown race? Don't want to race Adams or even Haven?
"I have a dream that one day runners will not be judged by the color of their race, but by how they place." #BrownRaceMatters
1 Lockhaven
2 Ship (dont even try to say if they were in the gold race they would have ran faster.
3 Boro (showed they will be a solid 3rd place at PSAC and Regionals and all hope isn't lost that they won't contend in future years)
4 Millersville

Totally agree. The difference between this year and last year was that Ship ran slower but were right there at the front of the Brown Race. This year Sutton was not right up there, and certainly not the rest of them. Haven is not as strong as last year at this point, but they performed far better than Ship today.
What is going on with IUP,not all of their guys are running which makes me wonder...
WOAAAAAH Little Monroe had a big man race today. Really impressive. LHU had a very good run. Impressive.
Ship was less than inspiring in the Brown Race. I assumed they would assert themselves at the front a little more. Were they missing a top guy?
Anyway, interesting story lines developing here with a few weeks to PSACs.
What do we think of this weekend? Slow times at Slip? Bloom inviting a bunch of community colleges? ESU running against a bunch of d3s? 'Boro and IUP out in Erie?
Bloom guys def weren't going all out
I observed that Kutztown, not just Maine, didn't seem to be going all out.
Next up PSACs! Who is going to take home the titles?
Can Ship finally step up after what seems to be another disappointing season, or will Haven repeat again??
Sutton looks like he is coming around but is he fit enough to take down Monroe or Parsons?
Will Ships women get back to their winning ways, or will Bloom take it to them?
Interesting story lines coming into this one!
