I heard they think they are gonna make Nationals, the only way that would happen if that where trained Right, with the help of Lock Haven, Shippensburg, Edinboro and Slipery rock not running at all, then maybe they would finish 2nd.

Hmmmm...so, given your last post about LH, Boro, Ship and Rock not running...then it seems like you expect them to finish 6th. Certainly not great but far from being the dregs of the PSAC. Also, I remember when people used to make comments like yous (they suck and always will) about Lock Haven...but, you sure don't hear those now do ya?
Building a program requires good coaching, one or two good runners and a little money to help get one or two mor good runners, and a crop of 10-15 decent runners the coach can improve to round out a team. Mansfield has a couple of good runners and some money...so, are you implying they have no coach...hence the NEVER comment? If so, just say it...don't write two BS posts that say nothing.

Ships gonna wreck everyone this fall XC season!
Well we ran on our new course, and I think IUP probably has the hardest course in the conference... although I can't speak for the likes of MU, WC, Cal, or ESU. That said I think we really don't have much of a team this year. Shelly will be leading the way for us, and after that there is a huge gap to me and I'm running the same times as I did a few years ago when I was 7th for the team and we only finished what at regionals???
Looking forward to seeing everyone this season, and it looks like some of us IUPers will be in Bloom on the 22nd for the big fair. I'll get ahold of some of you, but you better start planning something :)
Uh, yeah, whatever dude...cause I always get on here and am biased toward Ship, right?Hoovis

Hmmmm...Big Bear -- so the new course is tough, eh? Not sure exactly where it goes, other than over by the new ball fields. I'm guessing it weaves in and out of the gas line roads and trails over there, so I could imagine there not being much "flat" on the course.
I don't think any of the schools you mentioned below have a tougher course than IUP (but I've never run at WC...do they even have a course?). Also, ESU does have a tough hill in it...but, MU and Cal are not exceptionally difficult other than Cal's course being long (at least it used to be).
The old Rock course used to be a beast...climbing Go Rock hill twice over 10K definitely made it tougher than IUP, but I've never run out at the Lake. However, that doesn't seem like a necessarily seem like an "easy" course either.

wcu used to have a fairly challenging 5 mile course i believe, but i'm pretty sure some faster times were run on it. currently we do not have a full 8k course, only a 3 mile course that we use for a summer xc series and the alumni race. but from what i heard from a little birdie at iup, the iup course is a beast. pretty glad iup is not on our schedule.
isnt it funny that cummings and wooten and the people that actually perform well at Mansfield dont have anything bad to say about Rohl, but then you have the ultimate choke artist, bryan morseman, talking shit? Didnt he drop out of the only PSAC 10k he ever ran, cause he was getting killed? Give me a break man. Olympics? You cant win the 10k in the PSAC you arent going to beat out Ryan Hall for a spot on the US olympic team.
yea it's ok, did you remember the Bagcock Marathon, wooten ran and collected money? which that would make he not eligible to run College anymore. So I think some people need to watch what they say on these boards before they get there season shoved right up there ass. Specially if they were to have a standing chance to go anywhere! Remember your coach is a Race Walker haha How Gay! you all should transfer to a ACTUALLY OLYMPIAN IN SHIP named STEVE SPENCE! yea that's right OLYMPIAN STEVE SPENCE!
I need a spot filled in a yahoo fantasy football league if anyone's interested, drafts at 5:45
League ID#: 527140
Password: meachem
Morseman, just go away. Nobody likes you. Just disappear.
What teams are going to the PENN STATE INVITE and the NATIONAL INVITE? Lock? Bloom? IUP? Slip?
Shizzy, you do any road races this summer?
good god bryan, you cant even spell. How did you even get through college without being able to tell the difference between 'there' and 'their' and without being able to write a coherent sentence. And the wooten thing is already resolved. stop being angry because no one wants you on their team. you could be the fastest kid ever, and people would still hate you. douche.
and spence would never want you on his team. he coaches student-athletes. not self-concerned jerks who talk shit about their own team.
Ok, here's the deal:
My last xc season was 2003. I ran 2001 and 2002 as well. That makes three seasons. I redshirted my senior year, and then came back here for this season specifically.
Here's the thing about the Bangkok (not Bagcock) marathon:
I was given a certificate for the post race photo, of which I didn't even accept.
NCAA knows I'm running. Don't be a pouter about it. I don't cheat. I came back for a team, not for individual goals. I'm not about to bail on a team for selfish reasons.
Hell, you don't believe any of it, here you go:

i ran one race this summer
looks like you sat on the first woman. at least she was kenyan, or some other origin of E. Africa.
Bagcock Marathon?
i thought you only had 5 years or 10 semesters to compete since your first year of eligibility in division 2? just wondering for my own benefit.
Yes, and this will be my 10th semester.
2001=2
2002=2
2003=2
2004=2 (although only ran outdoors)
2005=1 (semester in Thailand)
total=9
Fall 2007=10th
