Watts has had much better women's teams.
Ya think so? Only one senior on the top 5... Still kicked ass.
I respect your opinion about the men's team. Let's talk about the women's team. The top 7 girls were NEVER coached under Watts (yes, there's a senior, but according to my research, she just started at Edinboro last year). Did I also mention that the women have won 2 PSAC championships under this so called "embarrassing" coach. The women had not won such title under Watts since 2006 (that's 6 years before Watts retired). That's embarrassing??? I think that's been successful. Boom!
So what is said by above person:
Doug Watts> Hammer> still every other coach in the psac because his girls have won for that last 2 years???
Meh, not too shabby for a young coach
Hasn't Hammer only been at Boro for 2 or 3 years? So to have won 2 PSAC titles under mainly his recruits is legit.
3 years. So he is just starting. Good way to start!
Can each team send out training plans? We should all compare and pick the best one....oh wait, I think it's clear which two are the best. One last question, will there be any extra seating on Lock Havens bus/van/airplane/helicopter to nationals? I would like to at least make some sort of an attempt at a documentary. I could even massage some guys out if they are sore. Just trying to help. LMK! P.s Mountain Tops hair was on point!
No problem, we got you an extra spot booked.

What's the documentary going to be on? How to make babies and run fast?
I would just like to throw out there that Bart Eckel has yet to run this season. I wouldn't be surprised to see him challenging mountain if he chooses to run regionals.
Matt guiod looks like a little troll. I cannot believe that kid is fast. Also Dylan mountain is 100% overrated. Kid will be lucky to hold on to another 3 weeks. top 25 at best in Joplin. It's people like Steve main that need to be watched closely. He was cruising at conference and I wouldn't be surprised if he upset mountain at regionals/nationals.
I see former Edinboro star Aaron Rowe got 19th at the NYRR Dash to the Finish Line 5K.
Any word on the whereabouts of some other PSAC stars from that era? Wu? Stallings? Anybody else?

But he got outkicked but Matt Gillette yet again lol
Sorry I missed that. I meant to add Gillette to the list. Good job to both.
You must've forgot all the times he crushed Gillette so you could remember the two 3ks Gillette beat him in.

The past few times they've raced Gillette has won, showing that Gillette taking a long and steady approach has proven beater than Monroe's get after it early approach
You're misunderstanding me. I'm not saying Monroe is superior. I'm defending him saying he has gotten the best of Gillette a couple times too. 3 seconds in a half marathon hardly proves Gillette is far superior either. Both are great athletes so let's support them both instead of poking fun every time they race.
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Jakob Ingebrigtsen has a 1989 Ferrari 348 GTB and he's just put in paperwork to upgrade it
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
