No it is not!
If you are referring to Chris Clark's 3k while redshirting then you may want to look up his PR because he never ran 7:55 but there is a chance he ran 7:57. Redshirt times don't count so the 8:09 from Gillette is the fastest 3k ever run while actively running for a PSAC. School.
Side note Ship's 4x800 broke the All-time record running 7:42 with 4 guys doubling back from earlier 800's and sitting out their two fastest legs of Joel Flott and Matt Gillette.
in other news, Jake Shitler is apparently the new spokesman for tresseme. ooh la la
i couldnt agree more - nothing would be better than having shizzy back on the track - havnt seen a good cry or tantrum in a while
And the record goes to Chris Clark with a 7:57! Unless of course you don't like the idea that he ran the time while he was red shirting, which I could understand. It's pretty well known that red shirting gives you super powers which make you superior and therefore unable to set records and anything you do is void of meaning.
He wasn't on the team when he ran it, so it doesn't count. It's pretty simple.
You're right. It's a conference record.
Wait... no it's not. It is fast though.
green jacket, gold jacket who gives a shit. Gillette's still a fag!!!
With indoor Championships being a little over a week away, who is going to bring home the gold. just by looking at recent results looks like flott is the fav in the 800, gillette in mile and maybe 3k depending on how much monroe is going to have to work in the 5k. Dinzeo looks like he can be a contender to win in the 5k but doesnt look like hes in as good as shape as he was before break. Ship should win the team title no surprise there.
Who is up for a PSAC alumni mile before the meet starts on sat? This could become an annual tradition each year for people of all ages and speeds! Who's interested?
Prediction: Monroe doesn't win anything at PSACs guy has wasted an indoor season. What a total loser.
Wait, people really think a record counts when you red shirt? You have to be kidding? It 100% does not. Clark ran a great race and fast, but wasn't a part of any team in the conference. It simply doesn't count. Sorry guys.
Nice job by Gillette and congrats on being PSAC record holder in the 3k. Great run.
