Found this interesting website called Huxley Running

, I've actually been kind of impressed by it; there's not many places besides this thread right here that actually talks about the PSAC or any of DII as well as that place. Saw them interviewing people at Paul Short as well, so thought I'd drop the link there since it's relevant to discussion. Also, started following them on Facebook too.

Okay enough link-dropping, though it's still highly recommended. I think Regionals should be good, no idea how LHU's course looks but it'd have to take a mid-race air raid to make that course slow.
On the guys squad, looks like 'Boro-LHU-ESU should be the teams advancing to Nationals with Matt Gillette punching an individual ticket as well. LHU looks to have Zondlo back after a long hiatus and you have to think with him at even 75% it'd be a huge boon for them. 'Boro's depth is clearly the class of the conference/region and ESU seems likely to avenge last year's heartbreak. SRU has a shot to take top-3 as well but a lack of a presence in the top-10 could hurt them.
Wheeling Jesuit has some big-caliber runners and there's guys like Grooms/Beegle from Slippery Rock, Weeks + Fleming from Kutztown and the guy from Concord who won WVIACs could all be in contention for individual bids. Also looks like Mercyhurst as a potential Nationals prospect as well. I wouldn't be shocked to see any of those guys go. Besides the battle for #3, 4th place should be interesting. I'd expect Ship to close the gap between the top four teams though IUP on both sides are tremendously improved. Kutztown has a presence at top and their middle guys appear to be developing just fine and the Dinzeo-less Cal Vulcans look to have retained some depth without him, though his absence is huge. West Chester is inching up, but still has a ways to go and it looks like Mansfield is starting to find some footing on the guys side but has a bit longer of a distance to go.
For the women, clear Shippensburg advantage and it's not really close. IUP and Edinboro are going to duke it out for 2nd and 3rd with some competition from Kutztown, Bloomsburg, ESU, SRU and potentially Seton Hill. Spratford looks destined to win but Davis has upset potential. Stephanie Borland from Kutztown appears to be a real threat in the conference (2:11 800m speed) to maybe sneak into the top-5. I'd expect a stronger showing from ESU women with Mascoli having a big Regionals race but Fitzgerald should grab an individual bid fairly easily.
Needless to say, I'm really excited for this weekend; PSAC might not be as strong as years past but it's always worth watching a race at Haven in the mud.
